What began in 2008 as a weekend charrette in the offices of Robert A. M. Stern Architects, to sketch three very loose composition studies, eventually culminated in about forty views over two years. Three initial studies were done as loose informal sketches, followed by a semi-formal (included here) series, and then formal pencil renderings as the design developed. Edits and alternate versions were further utilized to study massing and materials.
